All orders will be acknowledged in writing exclusive of freight charges. Each item will be identified with a ten digit personalized code number and title. Please use this code number when referencing your order.

Reasonable quantities of catalogs are available at no charge.

CHANGE/CANCELLATION
Any request for change or cancellation may be subject to charges based on any and all costs incurred at the time of the request.

COLORS
There are a finite number of cloisonne pigments available. We will do our best to most closely match your color specifications. PMS color matching is available at no additional charge in the Clois-Tech™, Soft Enamel and Pin Pointe™ processes. Neon colors are available in the Soft Enamel process (additional charge of $0.20 (P) per neon color is necessary).

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
Federal law dictates any imported item bear the mark of the country of original manufacture.This mark will be stamped or etched onto the back side of all items.

CONSECUTIVE NUMBERING
Consecutive numbering is available die struck onto the back side of any Classic Cloisonne, Clois-Tech™, or Die Struck emblem at an additional cost of $0.30 (P) per piece.

DIES & TOOLING
The preparation of dies, trim tools, piercing tools, screens, and films are a service and remain the property of Pinnacle Designs. Preparation charges are listed within the catalog. All dies will be kept on file for a period of two years unless prior arrangements have been made at time of order.

OVER/UNDER RUNS
Due to production methods, all orders are subject to a 5% over/under run quantity.

PRICING
Due to the frequent fluctuation of raw material costs in the world market, prices listed in the catalog are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCT IMAGE USAGE
Products manufactured by Pinnacle Designs may appear in future publications unless Pinnacle Designs is notified in writing not to use the image.

QUOTATION
Large quantities, Co-op programs, Less than minimum will be quoted on an individual basis.

REORDERS
There are no die or tooling charges for exact repeat orders placed within 2 years of previous order. Please reference the personalized item number assigned (found on acknowledgements and invoices) when placing reorders. Production time is one week less than stated in catalog for each specific process.

RETURN POLICY
No items may be returned without a Returned Goods Authorization number issued by Pinnacle Designs. Any return request must be made within 15 days of ship date, and a 20% re-stocking charge applies for returns of stock merchandise.

RUSH ORDERS
Special ship date requests may be fulfilled if requested and agreed upon by Pinnacle Designs. A service charge may be necessary. Please call for quotation and availability.

SAMPLES
Random samples and sample packets are available at no charge. An aluminum showroom sample briefcase with labeled processes is available at $50.00(X) each.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped F.O.B. CA. All orders are shipped UPS unless other arrangements have been requested. Multiple destination shipments are subject to a $4.00(X) charge per destination after the third location.

TERMS
Net 30 days on approved credit. New customers are required to submit a 50% deposit with their order unless credit has been pre-approved by the accounting department.We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Logos, names, and trademarks pictured in this catalog are examples of work done by the factory.They are not for sale. The factory assumes that clients are authorized to use logos and trademarks submitted for reproduction. Pinnacle Designs assumes no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.
